I’ve been really happy with the TickTalk watch for my son. The FaceTime feature is great, and I love having the parental controls. It makes it easy for us to stay in touch without him needing a phone. My only complaint is the location tracking. Sometimes it isn’t as accurate as I’d like, and it seems to connect to the nearest cell tower, which can show him a few roads away from where he actually is. I wish that part was more reliable. Other than that, it’s been great for communication with my son, and I’m happy with it overall!

We've had this watch for a couple weeks now. We love it! Ease of mind when my kid is riding his bike in the neighborhood, going to a friend's house up the street or even walking to the bus stop. Tracking is pretty spot on, every once in a while it'll ping in a weird spot, but just refresh location and it fixes it to the correct spot. My kid has a little more freedom WITHOUT a cell phone, but all the features I need of a phone!

My son has had this watch now for two years and I can’t imagine not having one! It’s been a lifesaver for him walking to school and being with his friends. Anytime he isn’t with us, he has his watch. Purchased for my granddaughter and she loves it. My daughter has it programmed to only tell time during school hours. (But the emergency button will still activate- just no calls, text etc.) After the time restriction ends, it will auto back to full function for calls. -FYI: it still tracks her location from the contacts in phone when restricting mode is on. We can all still access her location. All contacts have to be approved by approval codes by her mom before they become official contacts on her watch. No stranger calls or spam! Which means if they are not a contact - they can’t reach or track your child. Set up was easy - but follow directions exactly. Small hiccup- watch would not power on- less than 1 yr use - so after some troubleshooting, TT ended up sending a new replacement. TickTalk was easy to work with on resolving issue. They offer great support. It really is a useful product for younger kids. She loves it! Takes Photos, text, call - and a tracker! It is as close to an apple watch for a child as you can get- with parental control.

Have had this watch for two years now. Two kids each have one. They are pretty robust but my daughter has broken the strap twice and her screen once. My son on the other hand has never had to warranty anything. So it's not a quality problem. He's has jumped into the pool with it on by accident. It was immediately removed and didn't have any issues. Remember it is not fully water proof. I do have the extended warranty. My daughter left her watch somewhere and the battery died. I was able to replay her history and figure out where it was. Overall if they would keep it on it would be perfect, but they take it off all the time. It's a great way to keep them safe without a smart phone. Overall very happy with it.

My daughter has had this watch for Months now and she loves it! Her classmates have fun taking pictures and she loves calling me during lunch and recess ❤️. Im happy that its not like the other company where you have a CONTRACT to sign and you have to spend so much money just for the watch. This one is affordable, and works just as well! We've had an excellent experience with TickTalk watches for our sons. They give our boys a bit more independence while still letting us know where they are and stay in touch throughout the day. The watches are durable, have long battery life, and since they're used only for communication (no games), our kids stay focused instead of distracted. Our sons love being able to call their grandparents whenever they want, and it's given them a real sense of connection, a lifeline even when they're not with us. Our most recent purchase replaced an original watch after the screen eventually cracked, which honestly isn't surprising given how rough active boys can be on anything they wear. Even with that wear and tear, the watch kept working for a long time before we finally replaced it. Getting another one was an easy call. Great product, highly recommend.

Great watch but very bulky. Also, the silicone bugs my son which causes him to take it off very often. Please make a nylon band for the smartwatch 5!!!!!
